I’m trying to log in but am getting an error message…
ERROR: Multiple customer records linked to supplied email, please contact Box Office
If you see this error message, it means that the email address linked to your account is also linked to one or more other accounts. It may be that you have a duplicate account, or you share the email address with a partner. This confuses the system, as it doesn’t know which account to log you into… Get in touch with the office, and we will help you out.
How do I get in touch with a human being?
