I’m trying to log in but am getting an error message…

ERROR: Multiple customer records linked to supplied email, please contact Box Office

If you see this error message, it means that the email address linked to your account is also linked to one or more other accounts. It may be that yo have a duplicate account, or you share the email address with a partner. This confuses the system, as it doesn’t know which account to log you into… Get in touch with us in the office, and we will help you out.

How do I get in touch with a human being?

The Clarsach Society has two part-time members of staff, Glenn Robinson (Office Manager) and Toby Hawks (Administrator). We cover Monday-Friday between us, so send us an email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
